Removal of Eyelid and Eyeliner
Make-up on eyelids, as in the photo above, is quickly removed. Removing PMU, on the other hand, is much more difficult.
Removal of pigmentation on eyelids
There are not many removal concepts that so successfully remove pigments on the upper eyelid or eyeliner. SKINIAL is perfect for these treatments.
We have our own particularly compatible removal fluid especially for work around the eye, which is only slightly stronger than the acidity of a normal lemon. And each of us has certainly had such a splash in the eye at least once.
Below we explain the concerns that customers often tell us about removing pigment on the eyelids and how SKINIAL solves these problems.
The skin areas of the eyelid are very sensitive to pain
With our technique, we either just gently pass over the skin or lightly dab on the pigmented areas. The advantage is that the epidermis is very thin at this point and therefore the rejection reaction is usually very fast and violent. A steady hand is nevertheless required. The results are almost always very satisfactory. Anesthesia of the area is not necessary.
Can there be eye damage?
Our special removal fluid for sensitive skin and especially the eyelid is EX 2 which, even if it should drip into the eye, can be washed out quickly and leaves no permanent damage.
How difficult is the eyelid line treatment?
Surprisingly easy with the SKINIAL technique. We are sometimes surprised ourselves how well we can remove pigments on the eyelids. This is also due to the flexible techniques, because the treatment technique is known to account for 70% of the removal success. Basically, the eyelid line contains very little pigment. Therefore, a single treatment is often sufficient. If there is a larger pigmented area underneath the eyelid line, several treatments may be necessary.
Are there any problems with the real eyelashes or with artificial eyelashes?
No, the removal liquid is so weak that neither artificial eyelashes nor natural eyelashes are affected.
What are the different applications for eyelids?
It is not always only the classic color changes, badly stitched eyelids or changing trends that lead to clients wanting the pigments removed, also during the treatment, sudden movements of the client can cause unwanted drawings, color blotches or nothing symmetrical drawings. During the treatment, removal can be done immediately. However, if the area is already healing, one should wait the obligatory 4 weeks in order not to overly irritate the skin and provoke a possible immune reaction.
The eyeliner
The eyeliner is usually just a delicate line that can be removed with one treatment. The treatment only lasts a few minutes. If the eyelid line extends significantly beyond the eyelid, sometimes another method must be used, which may require a second treatment.
If the eyelid line is wider and possibly also graded in color, the area must be worked on over a wider area, which requires more care from the practitioner, is more time-consuming and sometimes requires several treatments.
Upper lid
These pigmentations are usually two-dimensional and run directly along the edge of the eye rim and the eyelashes. The practitioner must work very carefully millimeter by millimeter. This is time-consuming and if the pigment density is high, several treatments almost always must be scheduled. However, the chances that all color pigments can be removed are excellent.
