This topic is hushed up by the press because the doctors’ lobby threatens to withdraw advertisements. We report on our clients’ experiences with lasers.
Convincing pictures from customers
Several doctors have confirmed to us for years, behind closed doors, that laser removal entails great risks. However, none of them wants to talk about it openly and none of them wants to be quoted. Obviously, these doctors have forgotten what they publicly vowed at their swearing-in ceremony, namely: ” … The health and well-being of my patient will be my primary concern“.
We received the following photos from desperate clients who came to our studios hoping for a solution after up to 20 laser treatments. Unfortunately, in such a case, the only option is a cover-up or a transplant because the laser has pushed the pigments too deep into the skin.
Every laser is a hazard, even the most modern PICOLASER
It is often admitted that older laser models are not so well suited for tattoo removal. With newer lasers, such as the frequently used YAG laser or the expensive PICOLASER, there is hardly any risk. The example below shows that this is not true. In the past, doctors claimed that the devices criticized today were also unproblematic. In any case, it is the patients who suffer. That the rhetoric about harmless lasers is false has been no secret for years. We regularly receive enquiries from severely disfigured patients. Very few dares to take legal action against doctors.
Our opinion
We think it is a question of style not to argue “against” competitors but one has to call a spade a spade when it has been swept under the carpet for years. The truth is that there is no absolute safety, not even with cosmetic methods, but the institutionalised trivialisation and denigration of cosmetic methods has a method among doctors and in large parts of the press. Through the ongoing mendacious criticism against any kind of “alternative tattoo removal”, we want to counter these lies in the interest of our clients. The media and the public have a right to know how dangerous laser technology for tattoo removal really is. We go so far as to say that laser tattoo removal is completely unnatural and the risks from laser treatment are disproportionately high.
